Good Afternoon Anne, I wanted to thank you again for your leadership over the last 9 weeks. I (we) thoroughly enjoyed being a part of your class. We kind of made our own little joke, and called ourselves the "B team", as I found it a little funny that all 5 of us would come marching in every week with bells on, eager for class. I am so thankful that my co-worker told me about your class, as I was feeling very anxious with this new puppy in the house and just a bunch of YouTube training videos.
You have helped us more than anything, understand how to teach a dog manners and how to become a tolerable member of the family. We honestly couldn't have made it this far without your guidance. I thought a quiet and content dog in a crate was just a pipe dream, based on how upset he was in there, but with your guidance, he now prances to the freezer where he knows his kong is, when he knows we are all leaving, and happily runs to his crate so he can have his kong filled with goodies. Thank you so much for helping us get to this point.
I was so grateful to have our private session with you as well last week. We practice road walks several times daily, and I can definitely see improvement on a daily basis. In time, hopefully cars zooming past won't fizz on him at all. But I know it is important to never let our guard down and always be aware of his insecurities, so that we don't run into a safety issue with him chasing or darting out into traffic.
Thank you again Anne and Gayle. You ladies are wonderful. Enjoy your quiet winter, and who knows maybe someday we will think about some Agility fun for Bentlee. Take Care, Alanda L
